Regulation

• The of the rooms is scheduled after 14:00 (checkin stop at delivery 22,00)
  For check-ins after 22.00, an additional cost of 25 euros will be charged. No check-in after 24,00. Check-in is not possible for minors unaccompanied by their parents.


• Customers are asked to provide a document and regularize the payment of the booked stay.


• The price agreed for the stay in our B&B includes parking in the garden if booked, use of the room and bathroom, breakfast, supply of towels, sheets, ceiling ventilation, use of all bathroom accessories and TV, air conditioned.
  
  The garden closes at the evening. Afterwards the car can be left in front of the b&b.


• Breakfast is served between 8.00 and 10.00. For hygienic-sanitary reasons, breakfast food cannot be taken away. Please report any known food intolerances and allergies.
  


• the structure is not suitable for children and disabled people.
  


• Inside the Bed & Breakfast, for hygienic reasons and for any allergies from other customers, pets are not allowed.
  


• For reasons of public safety, guests are not allowed to allow other people to enter the Bed & Breakfast at any time, use iron and other small appliances.
  


• You cannot smoke inside the premises or use electronic cigarettes
  


• It is always forbidden to prepare and eat meals in the rooms.
  


• When using the air conditioning, close the windows and turn it off when you leave the room
  


• When it rains the windows must remain closed.
  


• Inside the bedroom or bathroom you will find everything you need: blankets, pillows, towels, personal hygiene products, etc. For any other needs do not hesitate to ask, we will do our best to satisfy you.
  


• Please note that, on the day of departure, the rooms must be vacated by 10.00
